Plans & billing

CV Pro offers three plans. You can start for free with no credit card. All paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.

Understanding quotas

Usage quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month. If you hit your limit for an action, you'll see a prompt to upgrade before the AI call is made — you won't lose credits on failed attempts.

Each action type has its own quota:

• CV optimization — uploading and optimizing an existing CV
• Job-targeted CV — generating a CV tailored to a job posting
• CV translation — translating a CV to another language
• Quick / Full / Job-targeted interview — each session type counted separately

Upgrading your plan

Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard, or click the upgrade prompt shown when you exceed a quota. Upgrades take effect immediately and your quota resets to the new plan's limits for the current month.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free plan limits. Your CVs and data are retained.

Data retention

Your CV files and session reports are stored indefinitely while your account is active. You can delete individual items or your entire account from Settings → Account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. CV Pro does not store your card details. All prices shown are excluding VAT. EU customers may see VAT added at checkout based on their billing country.
