Clavis Talent is an AI assistant that helps you create, optimize, and target your CV for specific job offers. This guide takes you to your first download in under five minutes.
Create your account
Go to clavistalent.com/signup and sign up with your email. No credit card required for the Free plan. You're redirected straight to your dashboard.
The site and the content it generates (CVs, AI answers) are available in French and English. Change the language from your profile settings at any time.
Your dashboard
This is your starting point. From here, you can:
- See your profile strength score and what's holding it back
- Access every CV you've created or optimized
- Track the job offers you've applied to
- See personalized recommendations
Three ways to get started
Clavis Talent offers three starting points depending on what you already have:
1. Upload your existing CV
Go to CV → Upload & optimize.
Drop your file in .pdf or .docx (10 MB max).
Clavis Talent analyzes the document, calculates your starting ATS score, then rewrites the sections that need fixing.
You get the optimized version with a before/after comparison.
2. Import from LinkedIn
Go to CV → Create from LinkedIn and paste your profile's public URL. Clavis Talent attempts an automatic extraction of your profile (experience, education, skills).
LinkedIn sometimes blocks automatic extraction. If that happens, a message invites you to paste your profile text directly instead: the result is identical.
3. Start from scratch
Go to CV → Create new. Fill in the guided form and Clavis Talent assembles and formats your CV. Recommended if you don't have an existing document.
Target a job offer
Once your base CV is ready, go to CV → Target a job. Paste a job offer URL. Clavis Talent will:
- Analyze the offer's requirements
- Calculate your fit score against those requirements
- Show you exactly where you match and where the gaps are
- Ask for your confirmation before generating anything
- Rewrite your CV to fit the role if you confirm

From a CV's detail page, click Download. PDF is available on every plan. DOCX requires the Essentiel plan or above.
