These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of CV Pro ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
CV Pro provides AI-assisted tools for creating, optimizing, and targeting CVs, along with interview practice features. The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for personal career use only. Commercial resale or redistribution of generated content is not permitted without prior written agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of other individuals for commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you upload to CV Pro (your CV files, profile data, etc.). By uploading content, you grant CV Pro a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
CV Pro does not use your content to train AI models, sell data to third parties, or share your information with employers or recruiters without your explicit action.
CVs and other content generated by CV Pro are based on information you provide. CV Pro does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of generated content for any specific purpose. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before submitting it to employers.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for partial months. CV Pro reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
CV Pro aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, introduce changes, or suspend the Service with reasonable notice where possible.
To the extent permitted by law, CV Pro's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. CV Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including failure to obtain employment.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account. Deletion permanently removes your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
