By creating an account on Clavis Talent or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Clavis Talent.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Clavis Talent. If you are using Clavis Talent on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Clavis Talent is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individual job seekers. Use of Clavis Talent to build tools, scrapers, or competing services is prohibited.

You may not share your account, sell it, or transfer it to another person. Each account is for a single individual.
Clavis Talent offers Free, Starter, Pro, and Elite subscription plans, plus a one-time CV Pack. Current prices are listed on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance — monthly or annually depending on your selected billing cycle. Payment is processed by Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Annual subscriptions are billed once per year. You retain access to your plan until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable except where required by law.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
If a payment fails, we will retry up to three times over seven days. If payment cannot be collected, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan and your data will be retained according to Free plan terms (14 days).
Monthly subscriptions: no refunds for partial months. Annual subscriptions: no refunds once billed, except where legally required. If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@cvpro.ai within 14 days.
Each plan includes monthly usage quotas for CV optimizations, job-targeted CVs, translations, and interview sessions (detailed on the Pricing page). Quotas reset on your monthly billing anniversary.
Unused quota does not roll over to the next month.
You may not attempt to circumvent quotas through technical means, multiple accounts, or any other method. Abuse of limits may result in account suspension.
Clavis Talent uses artificial intelligence (powered by OpenAI's GPT-4o) to generate, optimize, and evaluate CV content and interview responses. You acknowledge and agree that:
You retain full ownership of all content you provide to Clavis Talent — your CV, work history, skills, and any other personal content. By using our service, you grant Clavis Talent a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
We do not claim ownership of your CV or any AI-generated output delivered to you.
CV content generated by Clavis Talent on your behalf using your input is delivered to you for your personal use. You may use, modify, and distribute it freely. However, as AI-generated text may not be uniquely original, we make no warranty regarding intellectual property rights in AI output.
The Clavis Talent platform, templates, algorithms, branding, and all software are owned by Clavis Talent and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of any part of the platform.
You agree not to use Clavis Talent to:
Violation of prohibited uses may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Our processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept our Privacy Policy.
For users in the EU/EEA, our Privacy Policy sets out our obligations under GDPR, your rights as a data subject, and how to exercise them.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may:
If we discontinue Clavis Talent entirely, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer pro-rated refunds on annual subscriptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under French or EU law.
You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be erased within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. We will provide notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination for cause, no refunds are issued.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Clavis Talent shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.
For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rights under your country of residence are not affected by this clause.
